NO. You can never "feel" the heartbeat. You can of course get an internal ultrasound and hear the heartbeat really early on I heard my sons heartbeat at 7 weeks

If you can not afford to buy the donor sperm you can not afford to have a baby. Donor sperm is not that expensive. It usually runs from 100-175 from a clinic that prescreens the men.
