I just turned 55 in July. I have lived through over a half century of amazing things. I watched the first man walk on the moon on the night before my 16th birthday. I later delivered mail to one of the other men who walked on the moon and had multiple conversations with him. I marched in numerous anti war protests in the 60's and early '70's, and then went into the Army myself in 1972. I travelled to many foreign countries and experienced other peoples and cultures. I have fished in hundreds of lakes and rivers. I have loved and been loved. I have prospected for gold, panned gold, and competed in national and world gold panning competitions. I have listened and learned during the entire 55 years and continue to this day to listen and learn. I will share whatever I can with anyone who asks, and will ask others to tell me what they know, because the process doesn't end until life ends.
