My father was professional oil portrait artist and muralist William Francis Vandeveer Kughler (1901-1971). One of his most famous projects was a series of fourteen murals commissioned by the Joseph Palmer Knapp Foundation, depicting events and themes important to the development of North Carolina.
I'm also the manager, researcher and social media face for The Business Press , a weekly B2B journal serving the Inland Empire region of Southern California.
