When I was traveling a 14 State territory as a Multi-line Rep for the largest Manufacturer of Women’s Apparel West of the Mississippi, ALL of my clients had the same question.  The #1 question was… What are your minimums?  (How few of a garment can they buy)?

And as a Realtor® for 2 of the largest Real Estate Firms in the World, the #1 question was and still is… What is your Commission?
