If the source of the picture is AOL Pictures (ie. if you had inserted it from AOL Pictures) then it will no longer be available. If you attached it into the email body, then you can still access it.

Hi firemanyak, If you are using AOL webmail (http://mail.aol.com) you will see "Contacts" on the left panel. Clicking on that will bring you to the address book. Hope this helps!
