if they r aphids you can sprinkle regular flour on them i have done it and they left it may work 4 u if it dont it want hurt the plant.try and see.

Answered: Wild swans

All i know about mute swans is that heavy metal such as lead will kill them.so u might want to get ur creek checked other than that just enjoy them.
