Actually, your tsh levels are pretty good, mine were in the 20+ range before I got to see an "endo," you're doing good. Follow you "endo's" advice and you'll be be fine.

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 9 years ago and I had nuclear iodine radiation treatments (2), now, I am "hypo". I have to take "syndroid" medication, because my thyroid does produce enough ...
