Retired "Snow Bird". (I run away from winters from January - April.) Like many retirees, I thought I "planned for my Golden Years" but our DC "representatives" have left me down. (Meaning I've taken a big "hit" on my IRA/Retirement Savings.) Costs WILL be an issue/deciding factor for the projects I list within and their priorities. Yep - "LotsaProjects" to complete & ready my home for sale (when current housing market recovers)! "Looking at the bright side" though..., I guess that gives me time to get the house in shape for resale.
