I want to put a 360 motor in my 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Will my trans mission bolt up? (Factory ax5 manual).

Check the vacume line from the transfer case too the front axel and vacume canisters. there was a recall on some of the 92 gm 4x4s (trucks/blazers) I am certain it is a vacume line.
