About R.A. Shipman:

I live in Tyler, Texas and have been in the insurance industry for over forty years and spent twenty years in the military, now retired Thank God. I travel all over Texas for a General Agency calling on agents who write commercial property and casualty. I have taught classes on insurance coverage, rating and policy changes. Was for twenty years the consultant for a major insurance software company in rating, coverages and accounting. I retired four years ago but found I liked working with agents and am back as a Regional Director in marketing and like before enjoy my job. Il ove politics, history and genealogy and have worked with the Boy Scouts of America for fifty years and now do work for the National Scouting Museum in Irving, Texas.
