why blame wall street for the economy failing? won't we be in the same messif they did not buy up the mortgages..only difference instead of wall street firms failing..it would have been the banks ...

What happens to the houses already in foreclosure...does the bank own them..does the government take ownership..or does the person who couldn't afford the mortgage in the first place get to refinance ...
