no, i didn't get an answer. he has a pre=trial sometime in sept, but i don't know when. my daughter (HIS MOM) SAID THE STATE OF KENTUCKY PAYS THE BAIL MONEY BACK. BUT SHE DIDN'T SAY WHEN.
