I enjoy using Yedda to ask and answer medical questions . I previously worked as a nurse but am now based from home - having just completed a long spell of breast cancer treatment . Life has also been busy lately after the arrival of our new puppy called poppy. She's a black labarador retriever and drives us all crazy at times but we just adore the buzz she brings to the house. Last week she caused me a shoulder injury by tugging when out walking - but I can forgive that for the fun she brings. Last month my husband invested in the Resperate device for lower blood pressure - and boy is it effective? We've discovered that it's much better overall to lower blood pressure naturally . getting rid of tummy fat is not easy. best way is tummy exercises combined with low fat, healthy eating. not a quick fix but if you stick to it you will lose the fat.
