I use Alchohol and rub the stain with a cloth. you can also use an old toothbrush, but rubbing with a cloth should probably cause less harm to your clothes.

I find eating bread with something sweet on it helps. try honey or peanut butter, jelly or chocolate. Sometimes a sweet chewing gum could help too.
