I don't know much about this product Gail but a 20 point decrease is a very big drop so I would be a bit dubious that it could really be that effective.

Try taking oral Arnica or rubbing some arnica cream over the area

Don't think so - my desktop guide says you only need malaria prophylaxis if you are staying in the Yunnan and Hainan regions or in very remote areas below 1500m Hope that helps

Some odd readings there I think How are you checking it? My main concern is that there is something wrong with your blood pressure monitor machine.
