Thanks for staying with AOL. Are you accessing your email through a web browser at mail.aol.com or are you using the AOL Client Software? This will help troubleshoot the problem.

Sorry to hear this Angela. As it says this should just be a temporary issue. Please try again and if you still get the message I would try clearing browser cookies and cache just to be sure.
