You might need to do it in batches of 500 if you have a lot. Use Shift+Click to select multiple message at once and then use the Delete button.

Sign in at mail.aol.com and go to Settings | Compose | Sending and uncheck the box to auto add to your Address Book on send.

Yikes! That's a lot of junk mail. Deleting that much mail in one operation will take too long. You can select 500 or so at a time using Shift+Click and then Delete.
