Regardless of how you get connected to the Internet, you will still be able to access AOL. The TV analog signal is a different data format separate to dial-up or broadband -- they're not related.

If you're in 9.0 or 9.1, go to keyword: Start-up Settings, and uncheck the "FastStart" checkbox at the top of the form.
