Can you just enter your username(Hiltw) and password at the login screen (http://phoenix.aol.com) and not try to create a new account. Does that work?

You should have no trouble doing that if you were to add those accounts to be viewed in Project Phoenix. Add Yahoo Account Add Gmail Account while configuring the two accounts you will be asked ...
