Can't get the puzzle of the flowers to coordinate? Can get all the flowers together, but guess they aren't placed in proper area.

Where does the "Decorative Horn" go? Tried attaching it to a tree limb to attrack lightning, but won't work. I am guessing that will give me last piece of Shield for the ghost standing in grave.
