proxy - no. firewall - i think it got one, but I opened the right ports for ICQ.

Hi, I don't think it's the problem .... 1. my computer is wired to the router - so no "wireless leg time" 2. the upload in other programs like EMULE is still high. But thanks anyway ... More Ideas ?
