About Phil Means:

Tall, badly injured in 50 foot fall from a chopper, use cane, wheel chair.  Spent 20 years in the Navy, forced to retire because of injuries, as a Chief Electronics Technician.  Worked as a military contractor for 12 years before my legs said enough is enough.
