got the same problem. there is no "delete" option as described above. and several mails sent to aol in uk and us have either not been answered or they told me not being responsible!

Rachel, thank you for your quick response. But after logging in and going to "My Account" there is no such thing as "Service Options", neither are "Manage my Subscriptions" or "Manage my AOL Account ...
