If you can't cool them to do it easier, I run them under cold water as I peel them. Even trickling the water on them helps alot. Keeping them in the fridge over night is awesome- they come off ...

I do think he got a few after a new shirt was rubbing on his neck on Saturday. So, hopefully it isn't that...but it makes me think more about new pillows!!
